JOSANTO Code of Ethics
JOSANTO is committed to conducting its business in an ethical, responsible, and sustainable manner. This Code of Ethics defines the expectations for behavior of all employees, contractors, and stakeholders.

2. Bribery and Corruption:
JOSANTO follows a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. We strive to maintain the highest ethical standards in all business activities:
- No Bribery: We do not offer or accept bribes or kickbacks to influence business decisions or gain unfair advantages.
- Gifts and Hospitality: We only give and accept gifts, hospitality, or entertainment that are reasonable and in line with normal business practices. These must never be intended to influence decision-making.
- Record Keeping: All financial transactions and records must accurately and transparently reflect the true nature of the transaction.
- Reporting Violations: Any suspicion of bribery or corruption should be reported immediately to the compliance officer designated by JOSANTO.
3. Compliance and Accountability:
All employees and associates are responsible for understanding and complying with this Code of Ethics.
